I was also just trying out Falcon, from the Aviary suite, which is a screen-capture editor, which comes with a firefox plugin so you can grab the contents of the browser window and go edit it immediately. But it has a different use-case ... annotating screenshots or editing them with a more comprehensive toolset comparable to photoshop. But for just quickly tweaking a design or experimenting with alternate layouts this is great.</description>
