Bug base recommendations?

Any recommendations for a bug tracking database that’s suitable to expose to end-users of a commercial product?  I’ve used things like Jira and Bugzilla, but they seem way too developer orientated and not very user-orientated.

    Hi,

I recommend Issue Tracking Anywhere for you. It exactly meets your requirements. It is built on ASP.NET and is a web-based issue tracking system that is convenient, effective and professional in tracking and managing both commercial and technical issues.

It has two editions: Standalone and Hosted. Here is the home page of Issue Tracking Anywhere:

There are also tutorial videos on how to install, get start with and manage Issue Tracking Anywhere.
You can sit back and watch:

Not sure if it meets your expectations, but we’re using Flyspray and it works quite well for both developers and our clients.
