Book content edits are done!

I just submitted my last batch of content-edits for the last chapter I’m responsible for the book I’ve been working on for the past few months.  Hooray.

It’s such a relief to have that behind me as it ended up being a lot more work than I had imagined. Now I just have to go over copy-edits when they come in and approve the final layout of the PDF’s later this month.  Shouldn’t be any more work than reading through my chapters a couple times and making sure they’re still technically correct after any spelling/gramar changes.

Bug base recommendations?

Any recommendations for a bug tracking database that’s suitable to expose to end-users of a commercial product?  I’ve used things like Jira and Bugzilla, but they seem way too developer orientated and not very user-orientated.
